Sprinkler Inspections
In New York City, mandatory sprinkler inspections must be performed by a Licensed Master Plumber and witnessed by FDNY. We perform 5-year hydrostatic pressure tests on sprinkler standpipes and fire pump flow tests as required by NFPA 13 and 25.
Local Law 152 Inspections
Gas piping systems in all buildings (excluding 1-2 family homes) are required to be inspected by a Licensed Master Plumber every 4 years. Call us to handle your LL152 inspection!
